TRU Technology Assessments

CARB staff are developing a 2022 technology assessment to understand the current and projected development of zero-emission technologies for non-truck TRUs (trailer TRUs, domestic shipping container TRUs, railcar TRUs, and TRU generator sets), which will help support efforts to meet CARB’s long-term air quality and climate change goals.
