SACRAMENTO - On Thursday, June 27, 2013, the Air Resources Board will announce that Davis, Chula Vista and Tracy have been named the “coolest cities” of the CoolCalifornia City Challenge, a statewide competition that took place to encourage local communities in cities such as Sacramento, San Jose and Pleasanton, among others, to make a difference by reducing their carbon footprints.
