SACRAMENTO - At Noon on Monday, November 19, 2012, the Air Resources Board will post results from California’s first cap-and-trade carbon allowance auction (https://www.arb.ca.gov/cc/capandtrade/auction/auction.htm). Following that posting there will be a teleconference for accredited media only with ARB Chairman Mary D. Nichols and selected ARB staff members to answer questions about the auction and next steps in the cap-and-trade program leading up to the beginning of compliance on January 01, 2013.
