SACRAMENTO – Thursday the California Environmental Protection Agency's Air Resources Board (ARB) will consider proposed amendments to the state's zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) rules. To ensure the success of ZEVs, staff will present the Board with proposed amendments to the ZEV program, developed to address the challenges associated with the long-term introduction of ZEVs into the marketplace.
