Midway Importing, Inc. Case Settles for $213,000.00

On May 22, 2013, a Consumer Products case was settled with Midway Importing, Inc. for selling and/or supplying several non-compliant Hair Styling Products as specified in Title 17, CCR, section 94509(a). By exceeding the 2% VOC compound content limit, these products contributed 23.9 tons of excess VOC emissions to California’s air. Midway Importing, Inc. paid $213,000 to settle this case.
