Lundmark Wax Company Case Settles for $3,000

On June 11, 2012, a case was settled with Lundmark Wax Company for selling non-compliant Lundmark Wood Floor Cleaner into California that exceeded the 4 percent by weight VOC limit for non-aerosol wood cleaner in the Consumer Products Regulation, title 17, California Code of Regulations (CCR) section 94509(a). The product was sold from 2008 to 2011 and resulted in 0.15 tons of excess VOC emissions attributable to the violation. Lundmark Wax Company agreed to pay $3,000 to settle the case.
