KC&C Trucking Inc. Case Settles

An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that KC&C Trucking Inc. failed to bring one of their on-road heavy duty diesel trucks into compliance with the PM BACT requirements of the Model Year Compliance Schedule. ARB documented violations of the Truck and Bus (TB) Regulation. To settle the case, KC&C Trucking Inc. agreed to demonstrate proof of compliance with TB by July 31, 2017 and pay penalties of $1,000.00 should KC&C Trucking Inc. fail to comply by that date. This settlement was reached in May 2017.
