K. Hall Studio Inc. Case Settles for $4,800.00

On November 11, 2013, a Consumer Products case was settled with K Hall Studio Inc. for selling and/or supplying non-compliant air fresheners. These products contributed to 0.2 tons excess Volatile Organic Compounds emissions due to exceeding the 18% by weight VOC limit set under Consumer Products Regulation for Air Fresheners: Liquid/pump sprays specified in Title 17, CCR, section 94509(a). K Hall Studio Inc. paid $4,800 to settle this case.
