Imperial Industrial Supply Co. Case Settles for $5,000

In November 2011 a Notice of Violation was issued by the Air Resources Board (ARB) to Imperial Industrial Supply Co. (Imperial) for several non-compliant generators. Further investigation by ARB showed that Imperial sold and offered for sale non-California certified generators. Imperial fully cooperated with ARB in this matter and the case was settled in July 2012 for $5,000.
