Greentec Environmental Inc. Case Settles for $50,000

On June 17th 2016, Greentec Environmental Inc. agreed to pay $50,000.00 in penalties to the California Air Pollution Control Fund for violating air quality regulations. An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that Greentec Environmental Inc. had sold diesel particulate filters that were not legal for sale in California. Upon receiving a Cease and Desist Order, Greentec Environmental Inc. halted sales of the diesel particulate filters and fully cooperated with ARB to resolve the violations at hand.
