HFC Comments to the U.S. EPA

Dear California ARB,

We appreciate the chance to share our subpart (h) comments submitted to the U.S. EPA for inclusion in the docket for California. Our primary aim is to combat climate change and promote responsible life cycle management of refrigerants, with the goal of elevating the current dismal 1.6% HFC reclaim rate. However, without the guidance of CARB, we anticipate encountering numerous legal obstacles that hinder responsible climate change initiatives.
