Our team members are Zoe Saito, Jack Pham, Jacky Li, and Hamna Asif. We are pleased to submit responses to the 30 questions in the Information Solicitation, the answers to which will inform the development of livestock methane regulations under Health and Safety Code section 39730.7.2 Where our responses draw on arguments also made by Climate Action California in their concurrent submission to CARB, we have attributed those arguments explicitly by name.
