Submitted Comment Name Clinton Smith Affiliation Energy Executive and EPC contractor Subject Viable solutions should be pursued aggressively Message To whom it concerns: Thank you for reading this comment and taking the time to solicit intelligent feedback. We are a licensed EPC contractor in the state of California. And I have brought technologies to market in distributed generation primarily for 25 years. First for Allied SIgnal/Honeywell, then Ingersoll Rand /Trane, and eventually FuelCell Energy, Bloom Energy, BESS energy storage, PV, Mainspring Linear generators, and Mann engines. Using co-generation for data centers most recently. The opportunities are massive. Personally, leading projects and stakeholders with my teams, we have managed hundreds of projects for 25 years so I have seen what does and does not work. And I have a unique understanding of all of the different technologies, how they work as well as their pros and cons. It has been proven that waste water treatment plants, landfills, and now bio-methane plants produce more than just "Harmful emissions." They also produce viable and increasingly valuable resource for gas solutions in distributed generation projects and technology applications. By simply using co-generation these waste products are fueling behind the meter strategies that are making Municipalities, Fortune 500 Corporations, and now even data centers more efficient. More resilient and more reliable. I welcome the opportunity to help the public or regulators understand what is possible. I also welcome the opportunity to bid for the EPC projects that come out of this, because the general public doesn't know what is possible when the Local, Federal, and state Governments come together to increase efficiency on energy projects, like we have been doing together for the last 25 years. These are viable strategies, in a critical time with AI and Energy Avalanche coming at us full speed. These solutions are real, they work, and they can achieve goals including profitability when the projects are built, applied, and managed properly. That is the key! A tech agnostic expert that isn't married to selling technologies, but rather gets paid for results. That's what we do best, and can do it while simultaneously improving ESG goals and green house gas emissions reduction simultaneously.
