Zero-Emission Space and Water Heater Standard Regulatory Concept

Please adopt alternative 2 regulatory concept in order to set emissive sales limits that are more ambitious. This would be more closely aligned with the measures included in the 2022 scoping plan, which I supported. We need this to keep on track for our state's climate goals.
