Overall, we found the template easy to use, however we have two clarifying questions that may help us in a final version. Those questions are: 1) The term "direct contracts" for renewable energy can have multiple meanings depending on the type of energy contracting. Could the term please be defined in the cover page in order to ensure better reporting and third-party verification? Or may we define ourselves in a separate field? 2) If our covered entity is our parent company, are we required to list out all facilities and subsidiaries under the parent company in line 26 or can we simply say the parent company and all subsidiaries? The former would be very burdensome and would not align with our current disclosures for SEC and other reporting. Please let us know if we can clarify these points further or if there are any other updates that we can receive in advance of the final template or other rulemaking developments.
