Good morning,

The potential requirement for companies to enter Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions intensity per million dollars in revenue is cause for concern for privately owned companies. As private companies are not required to publicly disclose revenue to the SEC, this report should not require them to do so either, as I doubt CARB has the authority to require private companies to report non-public information. Please look into other methods for reporting carbon intensity which do not include disclosure of potentially confidential information for private companies.
