We submit the attached comments and presentation to support the continued majority use of ammonia for Cold Storage Applications. We also a wish to use this opportunity for comment to pave the way to reduce costs for all stakeholders that have made and continue to make the correct decision to use ammonia refrigeration systems, by assisting our industry in reducing regulation that targets only ammonia refrigeration systems, some of this regulation providing unmeasured value, and some regulation that should also apply to all refrigerants.
