California Air Resource Board: Please find attached a comment letter in response to the August 21, 2025 Public Workshop on the California Climate-Disclosure Laws (SB 253 and SB 261). This letter shares insight into how asset managers and investment groups are structured, with the aim of ensuring CARB receives meaningful information in accordance with these laws, while minimizing undue compliance burdens.
