SB 261 Minimum Reporting Guidance

I'll add my thanks for your excellent work and the helpful workshops and FAQs. On the workshop today, Sydney Vergis referenced the issuance today of CARB guidance regarding what it would consider "bare minimum" reporting requirements to meet the good faith standard for the reports due on January 1, 2026, under SB 261. I cannot find them on the CARB website. Or was she referencing the workshop itself?
