Keep LA and the San Joaquin Valley on the Clean air with the smog checks and the electric cars but leave Northern part of the state alone. We are not as heavily populated as the southern part of the state. They chose to live there, which I get but why make the whole state pay especially the farmers with the tractors etc. It is a tough situation however; it is amazing how strict California versus the other states and how it effects the trucking industry. There are companies leaving our state due to these issues. That hurts our state income alone with companies leaving the state. These issues truly need to be addressed.
