Submitted Comment Name Tom Fulks Affiliation WattEV Subject Innovative policy demonstration proposal Message On behalf of WattEV, the nation's leading developer of public MHD electric truck charging depots, I submit this concept for a demonstration project funded by CARB. This demo project would provide a $1-per-zev-mile incentive for operators of electric heavy-duty trucks up to a maximum of 150,000 miles per truck.
