Stulz Variance Request

While California has proactively implemented these new refrigerant requirements, granting this variance would allow for a smoother transition into low GWP refrigerant based products by the time the federal mandate goes into effect in 2027. This approval would allow Stulz to continue to fulfil the need of ongoing projects in the state of California and unlike alternative equipment options, would fully comply with California’s Title 24 and Title 20 requirements. Furthermore, this action would support uninterrupted service to California's growing base of mission-critical infrastructure, including data centers, higher education campuses, and research institutions. Many of these organizations are currently awaiting compliant CRAC solutions to proceed with constructions or retrofit projects.
