There has to be some monetary or political factors hindering a resolution to the current situation. Why is Chiquita not being forced to take measures they know will resolve the current situation. Our community deserves clean air. Our community deserves the right for this to be resolved. Continued “monitoring” that takes months or years is not good enough.
