Please ask at the public session: How can we integrate solar vehicles into the already running low-income zero-emission vehicle cash grant program? Solar vehicles would reduce the need for electricity. No need to have one at home or build more charging stations because we are using the sun. If the program could provide full funding for solar vehicles, the homeless population could become active members of the zero-emission community. They would like the opportunity to live in their car and not have to pay for gas. How can we build close relationships with solar vehicle companies to make this happen? Japan is already far ahead of us in this area. We can do better. Can you confirm this information will be submitted by o the committee? Sincerely, L. H.
