Submitted Comment Name Dallas McRae Affiliation Trucking Company Subject Concerned Message How are trucking companies supposed to comply with the CARB regulations when the equipment and infrastructure that's needed to perform the work scope are not yet developed? This seems to be like building a house before the foundation is in place. But, instead of a house failing, it will be California's economy when their transportation industry crumbles.
