I recently published an op ed relating to Advanced Clean Trucks and the Governor's Executive Order N-27-25, attached herewith and available at the following URL:

The title was shortened for brevity; the original title was "California can fend off Trump’s assault on its EV mandate with more effective policy." The op ed is primarily directed to public stakeholders; I will later submit more detailed comments for the state agencies.
