Submitted Comment Name Krystyna Kubran Affiliation 352 Innovation, LLC Subject Hydrogen Combustion Engines Message Thank you for the opportunity to speak at the end of the workshop! I am following up here with a paper I drafted to advocate for hydrogen combustion engines - H2ICE. H2ICE provides a plethora of benefits, and the attached document outlines all of those benefits with links and a works cited list of all the reports and documentation supporting each point. The reality is that vehicles with IC Engines are thousands of more widgets per car to manufacture, and they will eventually be phased out in favor of electric drivetrains that are significantly less widgets per vehicle. I humbly request that California seriously consider the tremendous benefit H2ICE will bring to our economy, our planet, and the money that commercialization will bring will further advance those engines. In the end, embracing H2ICE provides a means to allow combustion engines that no longer require fossil fuels to operate. Thank you for this opportunity to share my thoughts.
