California Air Resources Board

Through SB 253 and 261, California’s legislature seeks to establish itself as a de facto global environmental regulator. The bills are a blatant overreach and are unconstitutional. I urge California to roll back these acts and instead support the development of nuclear power, the only low-emission energy source capable of meeting our country’s energy needs. It is ironic that California views itself as the environmental trailblazer but is moving the wrong direction on nuclear.
