Reducing Emissions for my fleet...

Trying hard through CARBS to swap out old T1 machines with newer T4 machines, but programs to help pay for the newer equipment went away. Puts agencies like ours in the middle of one organization wanting you to document reduction in emissions by removing old, outdated equipment and another organization removing programs to help pay for new equipment to reduce emissions.
