Cap and Trade Comments regarding National Cement DOE decaroinization project

: National Cement Company of California, Inc. is a proven leader in accelerating technologies to decarbonize our cement manufacturing process. The Federal Government DOE has picked NCC as a partner to demonstrate that a complete decarbonization project for heavy industry is possible. We ask California Air Resources Board and the State of California to progress these policy changes and join our challenge and show the world that is possible to decarbonize a cement plant in California by 2031 fourteen years earlier than SB 596 goal of 2045.
