Submitted Comment Name Linda Waters Affiliation none Subject LCFS -low carbon fuel 'standard' or is the S for 'scam' Message First, I failed to see this issue receive wide-spread public dissemination (newspapers, radio, TV, social media, etc.), so I feel that you really are not soliciting comments. Is it because this plan sells out family farms at the expense of corporate farms? Is it because it sells out the environment in the name of helping it?
