This is a brief summary of Fulcrum's comment, the full commment is attached.

This comment letter is submitted on behalf of Fulcrum BioEnergy, Inc. (“Fulcrum”) regarding the critical regulatory issue of power sourcing for advanced low carbon fuel production facilities. We sincerely appreciate the time that California Air Resources Board (“CARB”) staff and management has spent with us on this issue over the last several years.
