Comment in re LCFS Public Workshop (April 10, 2024)

Pursuant to the California Air Resources Board’s (CARB’s) Proposed Low Carbon Fuel Standards (LCFS) Amendments (Dec. 19, 2023) and Low Carbon Fuel Standard Public Workshop (April 10, 2024), Tesla respectfully submits the following comments. Tesla incorporates by reference its written comments in response to previous 2022 Scoping Plan and LCFS workshops and presentations. Tesla continues to support CARB and the state of California in defending the state’s authority to implement the LCFS.
