$333,000 in Fines Paid by Forest River, Inc.

On-going investigations into the importation and sale of uncertified vehicles in California turned up 37 illegal non-California certified Sunseeker RVs sold to California residents throughout the state. Mobile Source Enforcement Section and OLA staff reached a settlement with the manufacturer, Forest River Inc. in Indiana, which included a payment of $333,000 to the Air Pollution Control Fund.
