Finish Line Technologies, Inc. Case Settles for $157,000.00

On April 15, 2013, a Consumer Products case was settled with Finish Line Technologies, Inc. for selling and/or supplying several non-compliant General Purpose Cleaners and Degreasers sprays as specified in Title 17, CCR, section 94509(a). By exceeding their applicable VOC compound content limits, these products contributed 12.3 tons of excess VOC emissions to California’s air. Finish Line Technologies, Inc. will make payments totaling $157,000 to settle this case.
