Federal Process Corporation Case Settles for $7,500

A case was settled in July 2016, with Federal Process Corporation for selling several units of general purpose cleaning wipes into California that exceeded the 0.5 percent by weight for “general purpose cleaners nonaerosol” standard specified in Title 17, CCR, section 94509(a).  The products were sold from January 2013 to July 2014 and resulted In 0.35 tons of excess VOC emissions attributable to the violation.  Federal Process Corporation paid $7,500 to settle the case.
