Falcon Safety Products, Inc. Case Settles for $11,160

On August 25, 2009, a case was settled with Falcon Safety Products for selling non-compliant Office Max multi-purpose wipes and Dust -Off Cleaner/Degreaser subject to VOC limit for non-aerosol and aerosol general purpose cleaners, Title17, California Code of Regulations (CCR) , Section 94509(a).  The company was also cited for failure to annually report an explanation of their product code by January 31 of each year.  Falcon Safety Products paid $11,160 to settle the case.
