$5,000 in Fines Paid by Fair Trails Enterprises, Inc.

On October 3, 2008, Fair Trails Enterprises, Inc. settled violations of the Portable Fuel Container regulations for $5,000 in lieu of litigation.  Fair Trails Enterprises, Inc. manufactured the five-gallon, Tuff Jug Spill-Proof Systems.  From January to October 2006, the Tuff Jug Spill-Proof Systems did not meet all of the performance standards for Spill-Proof Systems.
