Equilon Case Settlement

Equilon's Los Angeles refinery self-reported an incident in which they failed to submit timely notifications to the Air Resources Board (ARB) for two predictive model batches made on February 17, 2002. An internal audit indicated that they were originally sent incorrectly and therefore not received by the ARB. They were resent on February 20, 2002.

The case was settled for $2,000. Equilon's check was received on November 18, 2002.
