Chicago Aerosol Case Settles for $6000

On February 17, 2005, Enforcement Division staff reached a settlement agreement with Chicago Aerosol over the VOC content of ISO Creative Shaping Control hairspray, which was manufactured for Zotos. The case was settled for $6,000.
