On June 22, 2004, Enforcement Division staff obtained samples of the one-gallon Crystal Aire 680 Fantastic Dressing. ARB's laboratory determined the product contained 77.25 percent VOC. The VOC standard for rubber and vinyl protectants is 3 percent VOC. On February 28, 2005, Car Aroma Supplies, Inc. agreed to settle this case for $5,000.
