Braden Farms Case Settlement
Braden Farms Case Settles for $375
In March 2017, Braden Farms agreed to pay a penalty of $375.00 for violating air quality regulations. It will be paid to the Air Pollution Control Fund, which provides funding for projects and research to improve California's air quality.
A routine investigation by the Enforcement Division documented that Braden Farms had failed to accurately report their mileage as required in the Agricultural provision of the Truck and Bus Regulation. To resolve this violation, Braden Farms has agreed to pay $375.00 in penalties, and will operate the identified vehicle less than 10,000 miles each year through 2023.
It is the responsibility of Braden Farms to ensure compliance with the Statewide Truck and Bus program at all times.
