Bombardier Recreational Products Case Settles for $6,500
Between April 2014 and February 2015, Bombardier Recreational Products, supplied, and offered for sale products which were in violation of Toxic Air Contaminant (TAC) limits contained in ARB’s Consumer Product Regulations. The sale of these products resulted in 166 pounds of excess TAC emissions. The case was settled on July 16, 2016 for $6,500.00.
