Who is responsible for NOT acting upon the toxic poison humanicide drift (by the tons) sprayed by NGO USAID Funded aircraft from local airports?

You chase down piston engine emissions of 2 microns, when poisons by the tons are being sprayed over our homes? sampling shows heavy metals, aluminum, beryllium, lead, and more. Now reports of lab samples are detecting high bacteria, fungus, and other biological illnesses are spread at low altitude, filling the skies with this HUMANICIDE POISONS!
