Community Steering Committees
Discusses membership, structure, and role of community steering committees, the key group providing community direction on community emissions reduction programs and community air monitoring under AB 617.

Provides an overview of the process for developing community emissions reduction programs – local action plans to improve community air quality.

Reviews the purpose and building blocks of the technical foundation that supports a community emissions reduction program, including community-scale emissions inventories and other air quality analyses.
