26 California Wholesale Case Settles for $9,750

In 2014, 26 California Wholesale imported and sold to California retailers Instant Grill Ready-to-Use Disposable Grill products in 500 and 100 gram containers  that were not certified in accordance with ARB regulations for charcoal lighter material products.  In addition, the products did not display the date of manufacture which is also a violation of the regulations.  This case was settled with 26 California Wholesale on September 21, 2016, for $9,750.
