TRU OEM Monthly Production Report

The 2022 Amendments to the TRU ATCM (2022 Amendments), effective October 1, 2022, require TRU Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) to submit monthly production reports (MPR) to CARB. MPRs shall include each TRU, TRU generator set, or zero-emission truck TRU produced for sale in California, North America, Canada, and Mexico for the previous calendar month.
The MPR, previously due by the 15th of each month, is now due to CARB by the end of the second business day of each month; please submit all MPRs to arberdata@arb.ca.gov. See the MPR template, below.
New Reporting Fields
In addition to the previously required fields, the 2022 Amendments require the following reporting fields:
- Truck TRU is Zero-Emission
- OEM VDECS Manufacturer Name
- OEM VDECS Family Name
- OEM VDECS Serial Number
- Electric Standby or Hybrid Electric
- Refrigerant Type
