Zerep Management Corporation Case Settles for $6,500
Zerep Management Corporation will pay $6,500.00 in penalties for violating air quality regulations: $6,500.00 will go to the Air Pollution Control Fund, which provides funding for projects and research to improve California's air quality. This settlement was reached in June 2017.
An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that Zerep Management Corporation failed to comply with the Particulate Matter Best Available Control Technology requirements. ARB documented violations as they related to the Truck and Bus Regulation. To settle the case, Zerep Management Corporation agreed to the $6,500.00 penalty and to comply with the Truck and Bus Regulation, and other applicable ARB regulations.
