Sawyer Petroleum provided a letter, received on January 29, 2006, notifying the ARB of a December 29, 2005 import of racing fuel from Texas. Their protocol requires that the final notification be submitted prior to the import and discharge of the fuel. The case was settled for $1,000 in December 2006.
