CMS eVMT Target’s Economic Cost Model Input Assumptions for ISOR

The Clean Miles Standard used an economic cost model to estimate the costs of implementing the eVMT Targets of the proposed regulation. The single Excel Workbook file contains data-files in twelve worksheets of all of the input values and a data dictionary defining all terms used in the data-files.
